Letting & Management.

Whether you are a professional property investor, or are letting your home for a period, our comprehensive letting and management service can eliminate the worry and effort involved in finding the right tenant and taking care of the property. All prospective tenant references are checked and, if you opt to avail of our management service, all maintenance issues are addressed and the property is regularly inspected. As part of our management service we will also advise on maintenance needed to ensure your property stays in tip-top letting condition, capable of attracting the best calibre of tenant. If needed we can instruct tradespeople to carry out maintenance and repairs on your behalf. We provide a convenient statement showing the rent collected through the year and the expenses incurred, simplifying your accounting needs.
