The homes in The Village lie on lands originally attached to Bettyglen House, built in 1910 by George Jameson (yes, one of those Jameson’s). George died unmarried in 1936 at age 81 and the lands around the house were sold on for development in 1979.
The location is really amazing, but location is not the only thing that makes this home an extremely attractive proposition.

The expression ‘light-filled’ is horribly clichéd by now but unfortunately nothing else will do here. The sloping walls created by the Mansard roof add quirky character, raising the design of this house above the common or garden ‘burbs’ offering.
Where to start! Tucked in an angle between St. Anne’s Park and Dollymount Strand, with Raheny and Clontarf both within reach, this is a top location. Transport links are good – the Dart can be reached in little more than a 15 minute walk; the coastal cycle path offers definite bragging rights given how poor the cycling infrastructure is elsewhere; and you can take your pick of sporting opportunities in the local area. For entertainment there is a wide selection of cafes, restaurants and pubs within reach.
